The Opportunity

World Tech Toys is seeking a creative and highly skilled Sr. 3D Modeling & Graphics Designer to join our Vehicle, Playset, and Licensed Entertainment design team. This is a full-time, in-person position only—our culture thrives on collaboration, hands-on creativity, and teamwork.

We specialize in designing innovative, technology-driven toys that inspire imagination, fun, and discovery. From vehicles and RC products to immersive play environments, you’ll play a key role in bringing ideas from digital concept to physical product through cutting-edge 3D modeling, rendering, and graphics design.

What Your Impact Will Be

• Create and develop 3D models for vehicles, playsets, and accessories
• Apply textures, graphics, and renderings to enhance product presentation
• Visualize concepts through 3D rendering, animation, and digital prototyping
• Partner with Engineering, Product Development, Marketing, and Packaging to bring designs to life while maintaining brand and product integrity
• Collaborate with international development partners to refine 3D designs and resolve challenges
• Present and communicate concepts effectively to leadership and cross-functional teams
• Manage multiple projects across early design and development phases while meeting deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of 3D modeling and product design experience (toys, consumer products, or entertainment industries preferred)
• Proficiency in 3D CAD tools (Rhino, Alias, Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or equivalent)
• Experience with 3D rendering/visualization tools (KeyShot, Blender, Maya, or similar)
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
• Strong sketching and illustration ability to quickly communicate ideas
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while working both independently and as part of a team
• Must work on-site at World Tech Toys HQ (no remote option)

Preferred:

• Knowledge of toy industry design and manufacturing processes (injection molding, plastics)
