Architectural Designer

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of architectural principles and design processes, with proficiency in various design software. This role involves collaborating with clients and team members to create innovative designs that meet project specifications while adhering to industry standards.

Duties

• Develop architectural designs and plans using software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible and meet client requirements.
• Create detailed schematics, drafts, and construction documents for various projects.
• Utilize graphic design skills to produce compelling presentations and visual materials for client meetings.
• Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather necessary data for design development.
• Incorporate sustainable design practices into projects where applicable.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design quality.

Skills

• Proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Grasshopper 3D, Rhinoceros 3D, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, and SolidWorks.
• Strong drafting skills with the ability to create detailed construction documents and schematics.
• Knowledge of construction processes and building codes relevant to architectural design.
• Experience in interior design principles and mechanical design concepts is a plus.
• Familiarity with system design and 2D animation techniques can enhance project presentations.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
