Interior Architect (Fit out experience in KUWAIT ONLY)

*Location:* Salmiya - Fanar Mall - Dahan General Trading & Contracting Company office

*Employment Type:* Full-Time (6 working days)

*Job Description: *

We are seeking a motivated Junior Interior Designer/Architect to join our dynamic team temporary for 3 to 4 months maximum.

*Key Responsibilities: *

- Generate architectural and MEP technical shop drawings based on tender designs (From Client) using AutoCAD.

- Coordinate with clients, site engineers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each is completed to the highest quality standards.

- Prepare and submit landlord's drawings.

- Draft detailed arch & MEP technical drawings.

- Provide technical solutions to address design challenges.

-Email communication skills with all stakeholders

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architectural Engineering.

- Proficient in AutoCAD with strong drafting skills.

- Knowledge of SketchUp, 3D Studio Max

- 1-6 years of proven experience in fit-out and interior design.

- Fluent in both Arabic and English.

- A valid Kuwait driving license is preferred.

- Must possess a transferable VISA (Article 18).
