Junior Architectural/Mep Coordinator

W are currently seeking a highly skilled Junior Architectural/MEP Coordinator to join our Technical Office team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in coordinating architectural and electromechanical services, resolving technical conflicts, and producing detailed drawings that support seamless execution of building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings.
• Prepare coordination drawings to ensure there are no clashes between services (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, ventilation).
• Generate blockwork execution drawings based on architectural openings and service routing.
• Match and cross-check architectural and structural drawings, and provide technical comments and revisions.
• Detect and resolve clashes between service systems and structural or architectural elements.
• Propose technical improvements and enhancements to the efficiency and layout of service drawings.
• Understand and apply building specifications, including materials and construction details.
• Develop detailed finishing drawings showing relationships between materials, levels of suspended ceilings, and integration with MEP systems.
• Extract clarifying sectional views (2D/3D Sections) from Revit models to illustrate site conditions and system interactions.
