Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Designer with a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 year of experience and a keen eye for design, with the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling projects.

Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with architects and senior designers to create innovative design concepts for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

● Develop detailed architectural drawings, sketches, and 3D models.

● Assist in preparing presentations, renderings, and design documentation. ● Stay updated with current design trends and industry best practices.

● Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure design objectives are met.

● Work closely with the construction and project management teams to implement design solutions.

● Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently.

Key Skills:

● Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.

● Strong understanding of architectural principles, materials, and construction methods. ● Excellent communication and presentation skills.

● Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

● Attention to detail and a passion for creativity.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree.

● Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in design.
