Architectural Designer

About us

We are looking for an experienced, energetic architectural designer knowledgeable and experienced in AutoCAD and Sketchup to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare complete architectural drawings from design sketches.

- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines as required.

- Communicate with clients, coordinate work with structural engineers, MEP engineers, and the City.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of residential drafting experience

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketchup (Revit a plus, but not required).

- Ability to set up complete and accurate construction documents

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Knowledge of current city building codes

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Ability to organize, maintain and archive projects

- Experience in commercial projects is a plus, but not required

We are ONLY looking for local candidates. We will not outsource the work. This is NOT an entry level position - only experienced candidates will be considered.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
