We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Architectural Designer to design the interior and exterior of a hair salon.

Duties

• Develop conceptual designs and detailed architectural drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, and Rhinoceros 3D.
• Create precise schematics, construction documents, and presentation materials that communicate design intent clearly and effectively.
• Utilize 3D modeling tools like SketchUp, Grasshopper 3D, and 3ds Max to visualize ideas and produce realistic renderings for client presentations.
• Conduct drafting and system design tasks for both interior and exterior architectural features, ensuring compliance with building codes and standards.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings and specifications that facilitate seamless project execution on-site.
• Ensure all work aligns with sustainability principles and innovative design practices to deliver environmentally responsible solutions.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Architectural Designer.
• Extensive proficiency with CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, SolidWorks, and Rhinoceros 3D.
• Strong skills in 3D visualization tools such as SketchUp, Grasshopper 3D, 3ds Max or similar platforms for creating compelling visual presentations.
• Demonstrated ability in drafting detailed schematics, construction documents, system layouts, and interior design plans.
• Experience with graphic design principles applicable to architectural presentations and branding materials.
• Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable design practices.
• Familiarity with technical aspects such as mechanical system integration and interior spatial planning is highly desirable.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly through sketches, technical drawings, 2D animations or digital presentations.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $250.00 per day
