  • Lead client design meetings, managing design details, selections, and documentation.
  • Record meeting notes and redlines accurately for design revisions.
  • Manage and maintain project selections lists.
  • Support project estimating by coordinating with estimators, production managers, subcontractors, and vendors to gather accurate quotes.
  • Conduct sub-walk meetings and deliver strong hand-offs at the design “drop-dead date.”
  • Actively drive project schedules with proactive communication and organization.
  • Review and respond to BuilderTrend logs and field questions during construction.
  • Attend on-site layout meetings and support field teams in resolving design issues.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure designs align with client budgets and project goals.
  • Apply Sandler Sales techniques to enhance client communication and trust.

  • Familiarity of Seattle and surrounding jurisdictions’ permitting process.
  • Deep understanding of residential construction and the design-build process.
  • Strong communication, organization, and client-facing skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
  • Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.
