At Falkbuilt, we’re rethinking how spaces come to life—and we’re looking for an Architectural Designer who lives in Revit to help make it happen.

If you love turning ideas into detailed, buildable models, and enjoy getting in front of clients to bring those ideas to life, you’ll fit right in.

General Day-to-Day Job Responsilibites:

You’ll work closely with our project team (aka your fellow Falkers) to bring concepts to life—from early sketches to fully realized 3D models and construction-ready drawings.

Just as important, you’ll help tell the story behind the design—working directly with clients and confidently presenting ideas in a way that inspires and builds trust.

  • Translate architectural concepts into detailed Revit models and drawings
  • Create renderings, flythroughs, and submittal packages that wow clients
  • Present designs and ideas to clients, clearly communicating vision, options, and details
  • Meet with clients to understand needs and turn them into thoughtful solutions
  • Help define project scope and ensure designs are technically sound
  • Maintain clear, organized project documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners to keep projects running smoothly
  • Track progress, meet deadlines, and keep projects on budget
  • Occasionally visit job sites for field verification and real-world context

Qualifications:

This role is ideal for someone who’s confident and experienced in Revit—not necessarily certified, but highly capable.

  • Strong experience using Revit to produce full construction drawing sets
  • Ability to create: Floor plans, elevations, and details, Electrical and reflected ceiling plans, Door, finish, and material schedules, Comfortable working in 3D and understanding how things actually get built
  • Degree in Architecture, Interior Design—or equivalent hands-on experience
  • 2+ years of architectural design or studio experience (or similar) preferred
  • Understanding of construction documents and building systems
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office; open to learning new tools
  • Bonus: familiarity with project management software or social media

Pay: $65,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
