Architectural Designer

Job Summary:

The Interior Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering interior design solutions for residential and commercial projects within a BIM environment, ensuring high standards of aesthetics, functionality, and technical coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interior design concepts and solutions for projects.
• Produce construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit within BIM workflows.
• Create 3D models and high-quality photorealistic renderings.
• Develop layouts, finishes, furniture, lighting, and space planning solutions.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Review drawings and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Conduct site visits and resolve design and execution issues.
• Prepare professional client presentations and design proposals.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (BIM experience required).
• Proficiency in SketchUp or other 3D modeling tools.
• Experience in rendering software: 3ds Max + V-Ray / Corona or Lumion / Enscape / Twinmotion.
• Good skills in Adobe Photoshop (InDesign is a plus).
• Preferred knowledge of D5 Render, Blender, or Navisworks.
• Strong design creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects.
• Fluent in English.
