Architectural Designer II

We are looking for a committed person who is proficient in Revit, NYC Building code and NYC Zoning analysis. Ideal candidates are the ones who can manage multiple projects, assemble drawings sets to be filed with the NYC Department of Buildings, and communicate clearly with clients and colleague. Our projects are based in all 5 boroughs of New York City and the ability to research and investigate the requirements and conditions of the NYC building code and zoning is important. We will initially guide you in the office standards expecting the experience candidates to quickly adapt to our methods. This job is completely in person. Previous experience in an architectural office is required. Knowledge of Parks department filings, Builders pavement plans, Fence plans, and coordination of structural, mechanical and architectural plans are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
