Architectural Director

Summary:
Leads the architectural department, drives design vision, manages large-scale projects, and ensures innovative, functional, and compliant architectural solutions that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end architectural design and project delivery.
• Set design standards, guidelines, and creative direction.
• Review and approve concepts, drawings, and technical details.
• Manage and mentor architects, designers, and project teams.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality control, and timely execution.

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership & strategic design expertise
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools
• In-depth knowledge of codes, materials & construction
• Excellent communication & team management
• Creative thinking, problem-solving & decision-making

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
