Architectural Drafter

Job Summary:

Alpago Group is seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsman with a strong background in luxury villa design and detailing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality drawings, coordinating with design teams, and ensuring accurate representation of architectural concepts for execution on site. Immediate availability is required due to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting & Design Support

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings for luxury villa projects.
• Develop precise plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings as per project requirements.
• Convert design concepts into clear, accurate technical drawings.

Coordination & Documentation

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, interior designers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Assist in preparing documentation for authority submissions and approvals.
• Update drawings based on design revisions, site conditions, and consultant feedback.

Quality & Standards

• Ensure all drawings adhere to project specifications, luxury finishing standards, and industry best practices.
• Maintain document control and ensure drawings are properly organized and updated.

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman.
• Mandatory experience working on luxury villa projects (private villas, high-end residential, bespoke architecture).
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, joinery details, and luxury material specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential); Revit/SketchUp knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes and authority requirements (DDA, DM, Trakhees, Nakheel).
