Architectural Draftsman

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsman to join our team . The ideal candidate must have strong technical drafting skills and hands-on experience in local construction projects.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman
• Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an advantage)
• Strong experience in architectural shop drawings, IFC drawings, and as-built drawings Good knowledge of Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and local authority requirements
• Ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and site teams
• Experience in residential, commercial, and high-rise projects preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings in accordance with project requirements
• Develop detailed shop drawings and construction drawings
• Revise drawings based on consultant and site feedback
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP disciplines
• Ensure drawings comply with QCS and project specifications

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Applicants must be based in Qatar
• Transferable visa is mandatory
• Immediate or short-notice availability preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month
