Draftsman

DRAFTSMEN : 02

We are seeking a qualified Draftsman with strong cadastral experience and expertise in surveying, as well as a solid understanding of Ashghal submission requirements in Qatar. You will create precise technical drawings that comply with local regulations and ensure smooth project approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cadastral drawings, site plans, and topographic maps.
• Handle Ashghal submissions, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with surveyors and engineers to interpret data and align drawings with project needs.
• Maintain a well-organized archive of drawings and submission records.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering, or Surveying.
• Proven experience in cadastral drafting and Qatar's regulatory environment.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) with strong attention to detail.
