Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsman to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in fit-out and architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans.
• Collaborate with architects and project managers to ensure design accuracy.
• Assist in the development of design concepts and presentations.
• Review and modify designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural drafting, specifically in fit-out projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements:

• Must be available to relocate to Qatar immediately without a notice period.
• Valid work authorization in Qatar is preferred.
