Architectural Draftsman

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in architectural drafting for construction or fit-out projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
• Strong ability to read and prepare architectural drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
• Ability to coordinate architectural drawings with MEP and structural requirements.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and revise architectural drawings, shop drawings, and detailed layouts.
• Coordinate drawings with architects, engineers, and site teams.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
• Update drawings based on site conditions and consultant comments.
• Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.
