Architectural Draughtsman

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Draughtsman to join our construction team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the UAE or GCC construction sector and possess strong expertise in preparing architectural drawings, shop drawings, and detailed construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, shop drawings, detailed plans, elevations, sections, and as-built drawings.
• Develop and modify drawings based on project requirements and design revisions.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Ensure drawings comply with local authority regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Review design documents and identify discrepancies or technical issues.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
• Assist project teams in resolving design and drafting-related issues.
• Ensure timely completion and submission of drawings to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Architectural Draughtsman in the UAE or GCC construction industry.
• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, AutoCAD Drafting, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drafting standards, construction methods, and building regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on residential, commercial, and high-rise construction projects in the UAE/GCC.
• Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software will be an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
