Technical Architectural Draftsman – Revit

We are seeking a skilled Technical Architectural Revit Draftsman to prepare accurate architectural technical drawings, Revit models, shop drawings, and construction documentation. The successful candidate will translate architectural designs and technical information into coordinated and detailed drawings while ensuring compliance with project requirements, construction standards, and applicable UAE regulations.

The role requires strong Revit and AutoCAD skills, technical architectural knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, consultants, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural technical drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, schedules, and construction details.
• Develop and update architectural Revit models and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare detailed architectural shop drawings, construction documentation, and as-built drawings.
• Translate design concepts, sketches, and mark-ups into accurate technical drawings.
• Coordinate architectural drawings and Revit models with structural, MEP, interior design, and other disciplines.
• Review drawings for accuracy, technical coordination, constructability, and compliance with project requirements.
• Incorporate technical comments, revisions, and site redline mark-ups into drawings and models.
• Support the preparation of authority submission drawings and documentation in accordance with applicable UAE regulations and requirements.
• Conduct site visits and field measurements when required.
• Maintain proper drawing registers, revision control, and document management.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve technical drafting issues.

Requirements;

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural technical drafting and documentation.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience using Revit.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the UAE.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Proven experience in architectural shop drawings, construction documentation, and as-built drawings.
• Strong understanding of architectural construction details, materials, and construction methods.
• Experience in multidisciplinary coordination with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Knowledge of UAE building codes and authority requirements is preferred.
• Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, technical accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
