Architectural Draftsman 2D

Requirements : Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, lumion rendering, 3ds Max, and other relevant drafting software to create 3D design.

Candidates should have 2 to 3 years UAE experience and must be available in UAE for face to face interview.

Swimming pool and landscape experience will be an added advantage.

Resposibilities:

• Prepare 2D drawings using AutoCAD based on design concepts, sketches, and project requirements.
• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure coordination across disciplines.
• Develop as-built drawings and update existing CAD files as required.
• Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, codes, and regulations.
• Assist engineers, architects, and quantity surveyors in reviewing design accuracy and material take-offs.
• Maintain drawing records, revisions, and document control according to project documentation procedures.
• Conduct site visits or measurements when necessary to verify existing conditions or gather data.
• Support project teams in preparing shop drawings, layouts, and detailing for construction purposes.
• Collaborate closely with design and project teams to meet deadlines and maintain drawing quality.

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
