Architectural Draftsman / 3D Visualizer

· Create detailed and accurate technical drawings including Plans, Elevations, Sections, and Glow-up details using AutoCAD.

· Develop high-quality 3D models and compelling virtual design renders using SketchUp and 3D Max. · Conduct on-site measurements and surveys to ensure design accuracy.

· Coordinate effectively with on-site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

· Execute unique, customized designs based on client requirements.

· Manage multiple tasks and commitments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
