3D Designer (UAE-Based)

We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in 3D modeling, high-end rendering, and technical drawings. This role requires a solid understanding of joinery detailing and the ability to prepare accurate BOQs for production and costing purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed and realistic 3D models and visualizations for interior and architectural projects
• Render high-quality visuals using V-Ray and Chaos Vantage
• Create detailed shop drawings and joinery details from 3D designs
• Prepare and manage comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of designs
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant UAE-based experience in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp)
• Expertise in V-Ray and Chaos Vantage rendering tools
• Proven experience in technical drawing and joinery detailing
• Competence in BOQ preparation
• Fluency in English; Arabic language is an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
