Architectural Draftsman - Landscape / Interior

We are currently looking for a talented Architectural Draftsperson to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD for interior fit-out, landscape works, and swimming pool projects.
• Develop 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp to communicate design intent clearly.
• Interpret design briefs, concepts, and sketches and convert them into build-ready drawings.
• Produce complete drawing sets including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and suppliers to ensure technical feasibility and accuracy.
• Apply knowledge of joinery, finishes, hardscape elements, swimming pool structures, and MEP coordination.
• Revise drawings based on client feedback, site conditions, and construction requirements.
• Ensure compliance with structural, safety, and local COMMUNITY & AUTHORITY regulation.
• MUST have knowledge of Dubai Communities/ Authorities (Emaar, Nakheel, Tilal, Trakhees, Meraas, DDA, DEWA, Civil Defense, Dubai Municipality)
• Maintain proper file organization, version control, and documentation standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsperson in interior fit-out, landscape, and swimming pool projects. - DUBAI EXPERIENCE PREFERED
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D) and SketchUp (3D); rendering tools (V-Ray, Enscape, Corona) are an advantage.
• Strong understanding of materials such as concrete, tiles, waterproofing systems, wood, steel, and finishes.
• Ability to convert design concepts into practical, build-ready technical documentation.
• Familiarity with site coordination, construction sequencing, and authority requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail, coordination skills, and time management.
