Architectural Draughtsman

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Architect to join our team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and coordinating interior fit-out and architectural projects from concept to execution, ensuring innovative, functional, and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts for commercial, residential, and retail fit-out projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, 3D visuals, and technical documentation.
• Review and interpret client requirements and translate them into workable design solutions.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure design intent is met during execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with approved designs.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and authority submissions as required.
• Stay updated with latest design trends, materials, and fit-out construction techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in architecture and interior fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of joinery, interior detailing, and fit-out construction.
• Excellent creativity, design presentation, and project coordination skills.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality and other local authority regulations.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
