Architectural Draughtsman

• Create drawings: Prepare detailed technical drawings, blueprints, floor plans, elevations, and sections using CAD software.
• Collaborate: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop designs and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance: Make sure all drawings comply with building codes, regulations, industry standards, and project specifications.
• Revise and update: Modify and update drawings based on feedback from the project team.
• Site visits: Visit construction sites to gather data, take measurements, and ensure the construction team is following the plans correctly.
• Document management: Maintain organized records of all drawings and project files.
• Prepare reports and models: Assist in preparing technical reports, material quantity estimates, and 3D models for presentations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Construction / Contracting : 5 years (Preferred)
