AutoCAD Draftsman

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced AutoCAD Designer to join our Interior Fit-Out team.
The ideal candidate must have strong design skills, excellent technical knowledge, and a clear understanding of Dubai authority standards.

The ideal candidate must have 3 years of experience in Interior Decoration sector holding a degree in Civil Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Architectural and MEP shop drawings using AutoCAD and other design software (SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.).
• Develop detailed shop drawings from concept drawings for construction and production use.
• Coordinate with the Design Head, Project Managers and Authority Engineers to incorporate technical changes.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Conduct site measurements and calculate material quantities accurately.
• Ensure all drawings comply with local building regulations and standards.
• Handle authority submissions and approvals independently.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a civil engineering draftsman.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is a must..
• Available to join immediately.
• Candidates must be currently residing in Dubai.
