Architectural Draughtsman with AutoCAD & REVIT 3D, 3D Visualization

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly capable draughtsman who can produce precise structural drawings ranging from small custom frameworks—such as jacuzzi base structures—to large steel assemblies. The candidate must also be able to prepare production drawings, steel cutting sheets, design custom architectural components, and generate high-quality 3D visualizations for client approval and fabrication.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed steel structure drawings for a wide range of applications, from small custom supports to large-scale structural frameworks.
• Produce complete production drawings, including fabrication details, assembly diagrams, and BOQ.
• Prepare accurate steel cutting sheets optimized for workshop use.
• Design custom architectural components in composite materials as per project requirements.
• Develop high-quality 3D visualizations and renders for presentation and approval.
• Ensure all drawings comply with engineering standards, fabrication capabilities, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and workshop teams to resolve technical issues.
• Update drawings based on site measurements, design changes, and client instructions.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D & 3D (mandatory).
• Experience in steel structure drafting and fabrication detailing (minimum 1 year).
• Ability to design custom architectural elements and understand structural behavior.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Ability to produce accurate, workshop-ready cutting sheets and fabrication drawings.
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capability.

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Civil, Architecture, or related technical field.
