We are looking for an experienced Architectural Engineer to join our team for our new projects (fit-out and finishing) based in Ethiopia (Africa).

Key Details

• Project Location: Ethiopia (Africa)
• Project duration: 14 to 18 Months
• Mobilization: Within 20–30 days
• Relocation: Candidate must be willing to relocate to Ethiopia

Key Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 8 –15 years in architectural design, detailing, and coordination of luxurious high-value villa projects, residential, and commercial developments — preferably in GCC or international markets.
• Expertise: Proven experience in concept and detailed design development, finishing works, and material selection, ensuring high-end quality and design intent.
• Project Coordination: Strong capability to coordinate with civil, structural, MEP, and interior teams, consultants, and subcontractors to achieve design precision and timely execution.
• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of architectural standards, finishing materials, joinery, and fit-out works.
• Software Proficiency: Excellent command of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and MS Office.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / B.Tech / BE) from a recognized university.
• Design Supervision: Ability to conduct on-site inspections and ensure the implementation of approved drawings and specifications.
• Skills: Excellent leadership, design coordination, problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred (maximum notice period: 20–30 days).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
