Architectural Engineer

Recruitment Requirements

Responsibilities:

①Responsible for on-site construction management for architectural works, including technical clarifications, review of construction drawings, and coordination of issues；

②Manage architectural design development and assist the project team with detailed design during the finishing and decoration stages；

③Monitor quality, safety, and progress of architectural works, including building envelope, interior finishes, and metal components；

④Coordinate interfaces between architecture and structure, MEP, façade, and other disciplines to resolve technical issues on site；

⑤Verify on-site quantities and provide technical support for variations and claims；

⑥Support project management in coordinating with the consultant, client, and relevant local authorities to implement construction requirements.

Requirements:

①Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines；

②Over 8 years of on-site architectural construction experience; experience in the Middle East or large EPC projects is preferred；

③Strong knowledge of architectural construction methods, material standards, and coordination workflows；

④Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools；

⑤Language requirement: Fluent in English (work-proficient); Arabic is an advantage.

Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼25,000.00 per month
