  • Quality Control: Conduct periodic site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, ensuring that work is executed accurately according to plans and specifications.
  • Project Oversight: Assist in defining project goals, developing budgets and establishing timelines for infrastructure projects.
  • Collaboration: Act as the technical liaison, collaborating closely with external architects, structural engineers, contractors, suppliers and internal management to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Education: Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering and Architecture.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 to 4 years of progressive experience as an Architectural Engineer role in design and construction, preferably involving industrial or commercial warehousing/showrooms.
  • Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and strong knowledge of engineering simulation tools. Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication, with meticulous attention to detail and strong time management.
