Architectural Engineer

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering .
• 8 - 10 years of experience in Building Construction and Contracting.
• Strong background in high-rise building projects, with proven experience from design stage to handover.
• Experience with design coordination, construction detailing, authority approvals, and value engineering.
• Excellent knowledge of structural systems, MEP integration, façade systems, and core building services.
• Ability to review, interpret, and coordinate design drawings across all disciplines.
• Familiarity with local and international building codes
• Knowledge of fire and life safety, acoustics, wind load, and seismic considerations in tall buildings.
• Proficient in preparing and reviewing technical documents:
• Method statements, material submittals, shop drawings, technical compliance reviews
• Familiarity with BIM coordination, 3D clash detection, and document control systems.
• Lead technical coordination between design, procurement, construction, and subcontractor teams.
• Review and approve technical submissions to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities to secure necessary approvals.
• Support the construction team in resolving site-level technical issues and ensuring buildability.
• Ensure as-built documentation and final technical handover to the client/consultant.
