Architectural Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Graduate Architectural Enginee r who wants to specialize in the technical integration of high-end equipment into complex building environments.

In this role, you are not designing the building’s shell; you are the engineering bridge that makes the building "functional" for industrial-grade systems. You will be responsible for the high-level MEP coordination required to integrate commercial kitchens equipment into Mega-projects, hotels and F&B outlets. This is a Revit-heavy role where you transform equipment specifications into precise General Arrangement (GA) drawings, ensuring every gas line, water pipe, and electrical connection is perfectly coordinated within the existing building’s BIM model.

Key Responsibilities

• BIM Implementation: Take responsibility for preparing and updating General Arrangement (GA) drawings using Revit, focusing on integrated 3D coordination.
• Infrastructure Mapping: Learn to map out and verify "Utility Points" for complex systems (High-load electrical, specialized gas, drainage, and HVAC).
• Systems Coordination: Identify and resolve spatial conflicts (clashes) between equipment and the building’s structural/MEP systems.
• Professional Submittals: Ensure all technical drawings align with international consultant standards for major projects.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering (ARE) or Mechanical Engineering.
• Software Foundation: You must have used Autodesk Revit as your primary tool during your university studios or Senior Design Project. (We don't expect you to be a master on Day 1, but you must know the software).
• The "Systems" Mindset: You are interested in how a building actually functions (the pipes, wires, and layout) rather than just how it looks.
• Detail-Oriented: You enjoy the challenge of "millimeter-perfect" work.
