Architectural Engineer

10 years post qualification design experience in Architectural/Structural for Modular technical buildings in oil & gas Industry.

• Experience in Modular Building industries (oil and gas, petrochemical, etc.).
• Design Optimisation
• Knowledge in AutoCAD/3D Software preferred

Strong understanding of Architectural and Structural disciplines.

Familiarity with industry standards BS/EN/NFPA

• Propose economic solutions meeting the client/project requirements.
• To develop timely and cost-effective Architectural/Structural deliverables based on client given information, specifications.
• Develop deliverables such as equipment layouts drawings, Architectural Layouts, Structural Layouts, etc. as per the project’s deliverables list.
• Preparation of MTO based on drawing details
• Preparation of Architectural/Structural deliverables in coordination with other disciplines to ensure clash free installation
• Make revisions and incorporate/clarify and resolve comments made by clients.
• 3D model review and coordination
• Explain the deliverable to construction team and provide construction support as necessary.
• Attend daily, weekly project meetings if required
• Any other responsibility as deemed necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
