Job Opportunity: Building Architect/Architectural Engineer

Location: DUBAI, UAE

Salary: AED 6000-8,000/month

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Driving License: Preferred

We are looking for a talented and experienced Building Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in architectural design, project planning, and site coordination. A valid UAE driving license will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare architectural designs and detailed working drawings

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors

Ensure designs meet local regulations, safety codes, and client requirements

Conduct site visits and supervise construction stages

Prepare BOQs and support project documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE or GCC

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software

Strong communication and project management skills

Valid UAE driving license is a plus
