We are currently looking for a highly qualified
Architectural Engineer
to join our team in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities

Review and supervise architectural and interior fit-out works throughout all project phases

Ensure the quality and execution of high-end finishes in accordance with project specifications and design intent

Coordinate with interior designers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Review architectural drawings, material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements
-
Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with approved designs and quality standards

Resolve architectural and interior design-related technical issues during construction
-
Ensure compliance with project requirements, building codes, safety standards, and hospitality industry best practices

Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and site observation reports

Support project management teams in maintaining project schedules and quality objectives

Participate in design review meetings and provide technical recommendations when required
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural engineering and construction supervision

Strong experience in hospitality projects, particularly hotels and luxury developments
-
Proven expertise in interior design coordination and high-end finishes
-
Experience working on premium hospitality brands, luxury hotels, or large-scale mixed-use developments is highly preferred

Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, and quality control processes

Familiarity with Saudi building regulations, codes, and industry standards

Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and other relevant design software

Fluency in English is required; Arabic speaking candidates are preferred
