Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Architectural Engineer with strong civil engineering knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Gulf region. The role requires solid expertise in interior and exterior design, fit-out works, and coordination with civil engineering activities.

The candidate should also be familiar with sourcing materials used in design projects and have knowledge of suppliers within Doha. Proficiency in 3D design software such as Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Maya, or similar applications is required.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering (required)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Gulf region
• Strong background in interior and exterior design
• Experience supervising and executing fit-out projects
• Knowledge of materials, suppliers, and market pricing
• Good communication and coordination skills with clients and site teams
• Valid driving license (required)

Key Responsibilities:

1. 3D Design & Visualization

• Prepare 3D models, architectural visualizations, and detailed design drawings
• Develop layouts, presentation boards, and design documents

2. Project Coordination

• Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and site teams
• Provide design solutions and technical support throughout all project stages

3. Design Development

• Produce high-quality drawings and documents
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, project standards, and local regulations

4. Site Work & Civil Integration

• Conduct site visits for measurements and evaluations
• Resolve design-related or civil coordination issues on-site
• Ensure smooth integration between design and civil/structural works

5. Quality & Standards

• Review and verify design details
• Maintain high-quality standards and follow best practices

Salary & Benefits:
Salary will be discussed during the interview based on experience and qualifications. Scale between Qatari Riyals 7,500 to 13,000

نُعلن عن توظيف مهندس معماري ذي خبرة ومعرفة واسعة في الهندسة المدنية للانضمام إلى فريقنا. يشترط في المرشح المثالي أن يكون حاصلاً على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية وخبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في منطقة الخليج. يتطلب هذا المنصب خبرة واسعة في التصميم الداخلي والخارجي، وأعمال التشطيبات، والتنسيق مع أنشطة الهندسة المدنية.

يشترط أيضاً أن يكون المرشح على دراية بمصادر المواد المستخدمة في مشاريع التصميم، وأن يكون لديه معرفة بالموردين في الدوحة. يشترط إجادة برامج التصميم ثلاثي الأبعاد مثل Revit، وSketchUp، وLumion، وMaya، أو تطبيقات مماثلة.

المؤهلات الرئيسية:

· بكالوريوس في هندسة العمارة (مطلوب)

· خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في منطقة الخليج

· خلفية قوية في التصميم الداخلي والخارجي

· خبرة في الإشراف على مشاريع التجهيز وتنفيذها

· معرفة بالمواد والموردين وأسعار السوق

· مهارات تواصل وتنسيق جيدة مع العملاء وفرق العمل في الموقع

· رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول (مطلوب)

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

1. التصميم والتصور ثلاثي الأبعاد

· إعداد نماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد، وتصورات معمارية، ورسومات تصميمية مفصلة

· تطوير المخططات، ولوحات العرض، ووثائق التصميم

2. تنسيق المشاريع

· العمل بشكل وثيق مع مديري المشاريع، والمهندسين المعماريين، والمهندسين، وفرق العمل في الموقع

· تقديم حلول تصميمية ودعم فني في جميع مراحل المشروع

3. تطوير التصميم

· إنتاج رسومات ووثائق عالية الجودة

· ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات العميل، ومعايير المشروع، واللوائح المحلية

4. أعمال الموقع والتكامل المدني

· إجراء زيارات ميدانية لـ القياسات والتقييمات

· حل مشاكل التصميم أو التنسيق المدني في الموقع

· ضمان التكامل السلس بين التصميم والأعمال المدنية/الإنشائية

5. الجودة والمعايير

· مراجعة تفاصيل التصميم والتحقق منها

· الحفاظ على معايير الجودة العالية واتباع أفضل الممارسات

الراتب والمزايا:

سيتم مناقشة الراتب خلال المقابلة بناءً على الخبرة والمؤهلات. مقياس بين 7,500 إلى 13,000 ريال قطري

Pay: QAR7,500.00 - QAR13,000.00 per month
