Estimation Engineer (Civil Engineer)

We are seeking a highly skilled Estimation Engineer with a Civil Engineering background to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in sandwich panels, cladding, fire doors, and passive fire systems, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in estimation and project support.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for civil projects.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure precise estimation.
• Provide technical input and value engineering solutions during bidding stages.
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry standards, materials, and pricing trends.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in estimation, specifically in sandwich panels, cladding, fire doors, and passive fire systems.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, codes, and standards.
• Proficiency in estimation software/tools and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
