Job Summary

We are urgently hiring an experienced professional to handle estimation and operations for advertising projects related to signages, branding, acrylic works, vinyl, and digital printing. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, coordinating with suppliers, and supervising production and installation activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for signage and advertising projects (acrylic signage, LED signage, display boards, 3D letters, wayfinding signage, digital printing, vehicle branding, indoor/outdoor branding).
  • Review artwork, drawings, and specifications to provide accurate pricing.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for updated material rates (acrylic, vinyl, LED modules, printing materials, CNC/laser cutting services).
  • Prepare client quotations and submit them on time.
  • Plan and support production activities—printing, fabrication, and installation.
  • Monitor material usage, labor costs, and overall project budget.
  • Maintain updated supplier lists, rate sheets, and costing databases.
  • Supervise installation schedules to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Support management in pricing, cost analysis, and project strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience in signage, branding, and advertising industry (minimum 2–4 years).
  • Strong knowledge of signage materials, printing processes, LED components, CNC/laser cutting, and fabrication techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and familiar with estimation tools/software.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
