Sales Support & Coordination:

  • Manage inbound sales inquiries (email, chat, phone) and route leads to the appropriate sales executive.
  • Schedule appointments, demos, and follow-ups for the sales team using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Prepare and send sales proposals, contracts, and quotes to clients.
  • Track sales pipelines and update CRM records to ensure accurate reporting.

Customer Communication:

  • Respond to customer questions regarding products/services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints or escalations in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Send order confirmations, invoices, and post-purchase follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

Administrative & Reporting Tasks:

  • Generate sales reports (weekly/monthly) on lead conversion, revenue, and team performance.
  • Maintain sales databases and ensure data accuracy in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with marketing to align sales collateral, promotions, and lead-generation campaigns.

Team Collaboration:

  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
  • Organize virtual sales meetings and take minutes for action items.
  • Assist in training new sales team members on processes and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
