Sales Support & Coordination:
- Manage inbound sales inquiries (email, chat, phone) and route leads to the appropriate sales executive.
- Schedule appointments, demos, and follow-ups for the sales team using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Prepare and send sales proposals, contracts, and quotes to clients.
- Track sales pipelines and update CRM records to ensure accurate reporting.
Customer Communication:
- Respond to customer questions regarding products/services, pricing, and promotions.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or escalations in collaboration with the sales team.
- Send order confirmations, invoices, and post-purchase follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Administrative & Reporting Tasks:
- Generate sales reports (weekly/monthly) on lead conversion, revenue, and team performance.
- Maintain sales databases and ensure data accuracy in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with marketing to align sales collateral, promotions, and lead-generation campaigns.
Team Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Organize virtual sales meetings and take minutes for action items.
- Assist in training new sales team members on processes and tools.
