Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments for all HVAC and ducting-related inquiries.
• Prepare quotations, technical submittals, and follow up on approvals.
• Assist the sales team with documentation, proposal preparation, and project follow-up.
• Maintain and update sales records, pipelines, and reports.
• Ensure timely communication and efficient handling of customer requirements.
• Support the team in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in HVAC, ducting, or MEP.
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
