Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily outsourcing operations and support all related activities.
  • Communicate with vendors, agencies, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Handle documentation, reports, and follow-ups regarding outsourced tasks.
  • Monitor outsourcing performance and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist in preparing status updates.
  • Support internal departments by ensuring outsourced services meet company standards.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to multitask.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR2,800.00 per month
