Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily outsourcing operations and support all related activities.
- Communicate with vendors, agencies, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Handle documentation, reports, and follow-ups regarding outsourced tasks.
- Monitor outsourcing performance and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and assist in preparing status updates.
- Support internal departments by ensuring outsourced services meet company standards.
- Perform basic administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to multitask.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
