The Senior Project Analyst supports the successful delivery of IT projects by providing project coordination, documentation, reporting, and analytical support throughout the project lifecycle. The role ensures that project activities are well-organized, monitored, and aligned with organizational standards, while assisting project managers in tracking progress, identifying risks, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects.
Coordinate assigned tasks and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
Maintain and update project schedules, documentation, and service books.
Support project managers in organizing project activities and resources.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, presentations, and documentation.
Maintain a comprehensive record of project artifacts throughout the project lifecycle.
Track project budgets, resource allocations, and timelines.
Document meeting minutes, follow-ups, and action items.
Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders.
Assist in conducting meetings, presentations, and progress reviews.
Ensure all stakeholders are kept informed on project status, risks, and issues.
Apply project lifecycle methodologies and ensure adherence to IT project governance standards.
Support process improvements and contribute to the development of project management best practices.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and risk management guidelines.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project for project planning, scheduling, and reporting.
Maintain project-related systems and support data accuracy across tools.
Assist with system updates, workflow tracking, and project documentation repositories.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
CAPM certification required or preferred.
PMP certification desirable.
ITIL Foundation Certificate desirable.
5–6 years of experience working in an IT Project Management environment.
Proven experience in managing project tasks, service books, and reporting.
Strong experience in administering Project Service Books.
Knowledge of project lifecycle methodologies and budget tracking.
Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Office-based with occasional field/project site visits as required.
Fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects.
