We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow across teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a valid driving license, as occasional travel, fieldwork, and transportation of materials may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operational tasks, schedules, and activities to support team and project needs.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, clients, and external partners.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising events, meetings, or field activities.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and records.
  • Conduct site visits, run errands, or transport materials/equipment as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational procedures and project timelines.
  • Identify workflow issues and recommend improvements.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to management.

Requirements:

  • Valid driving license (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in a coordination, administrative, or operations support role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools.
  • Flexibility to travel locally as part of the job.
