- Strategic Oversight: Plan, implement, and monitor day-to-day operations of service activities.
- Team Management: Supervise service engineers, technicians, and coordinators; manage shift schedules and manpower allocation.
- Service Quality: Ensure high standards in preventive maintenance (PPM), breakdown calls, and warranty work.
- Customer Relationship: Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, resolve escalations, and maintain long-term client satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: Develop SOPs for service operations, safety compliance, and efficiency.
- Financial Control: Approve quotations, monitor expenses, manage budgets, and ensure profitability of AMC/service contracts.
- Reporting: Provide management with service performance reports, KPIs, and client feedback.
- Vendor/Parts Coordination: Oversee sourcing and availability of critical spare parts.
