Architectural / Fit-Out Draughtsman

Universal BIM & CAD Technical Services L.L.C. is urgently hiring a skilled Draughtsman (Architecture / Interior Fit-Out) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural and interior fit-out drafting, be locally available in the UAE, and ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D architectural and interior fit-out drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop shop drawings, joinery details, RCPs, flooring layouts, and wall elevations based on design concepts.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, project managers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Revise and update drawings based on site conditions, client feedback, and engineering inputs.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, project standards, and company protocols.
• Maintain organized drawing records and documentation to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as an AutoCAD Draughtsman in Architecture / Interior Fit-Out.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D drafting (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of fit-out detailing, joinery, materials, and finishing standards.
• Ability to interpret design intent and produce precise shop drawings.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Must be based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
