As an Architectural Project Designer, you would be responsible for assisting on a subset of Trileaf’s architectural and MEP projects from conception to completion. You would leverage your background in interior design, architecture, and building codes to assist in the successful execution of Construction Documents and Permitting (including coordination with other disciplines).
Trileaf’s project designers assist Sr. Project Designers with their own projects, with feedback and input from Trileaf’s Project Managers and Architects. In some cases, Project Designers will also be responsible for managing their own individual projects; as such, Trileaf’s project designers will quickly learn the permitting requirements of various states, identify and correct potential building code compliance issues, and complete CDs to the satisfaction of the Architect of Record as well as the local Authority Having Jurisdiction, with moderate oversight and direction.
Additionally, the Project Designer is responsible for keeping notes updated in our internal tracking system, and attending several meetings each week on the status of projects.
Finally, as part of your responsibilities, you will also be responsible for performing Permitting Assistance on some of the CDs you have produced:
