Architectural Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Project Manager to oversee and manage architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and adherence to budgets and regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage projects technically and contractually, including planning, scheduling, and controlling fieldwork.
• Oversee construction procedures to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Take ownership of architectural works for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with contracts, budgets, HAI policies, and QHSE regulations.
• Prepare and develop design proposals, coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP systems, and assist with specifications and cost planning.
• Coordinate with General Manager, site engineers, subcontractors, and authorities for smooth project execution.
• Plan resources, manage budgets, and resolve technical issues. Lead procurement, tender, and contract administration processes.
• Conduct site inspections, QA/QC checks, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
• Prepare reports, project schedules, S-curves, and critical path updates. Provide guidance and support to team members and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• University Degree in Architecture; MMUP Grade A certified; PMP certification preferred.
• GSAS/LEED certification is an advantage. Minimum 10 years of construction experience, including at least 3 years in Project Management.
• Proven knowledge of civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.
• Familiarity with local construction procedures and international construction practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.
• Strong organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Qatar is an advantage.
