Architectural Sales Executive (Arabic Speaking) – Jeddah

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Architectural Sales Executive (Arabic Speaking) to support our architectural and design (A&D) sales activities in Jeddah.

This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about architecture, interior design, and high-end materials, and who wants to grow into a senior A&D or project sales role.

You will work closely with architects, interior designers, developers, and consultants on luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior A&D sales managers in handling architects, interior designers, and consultants
• Conduct client meetings in Arabic and English
• Assist with product presentations, material samples, and mock-ups
• Track architectural projects, specifications, and approvals
• Follow up on RFQs, quotations, and material submittals
• Maintain accurate project data in the CRM system
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, technical, production)
• Attend design events, exhibitions, and site visits
• Prepare visit reports and sales activity summaries

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent Arabic (spoken and written) – mandatory
• Fluent English – mandatory
• 1–3 years of experience in architectural sales, building materials, interiors, or construction
• Background in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or Business is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Professional appearance and confidence in client-facing roles
• Strong interest in luxury architecture and interior design
• UAE driving license preferred
