Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Site Engineer to manage and supervise architectural works on-site, ensuring execution in line with approved drawings, project specifications, and contractual requirements. The role requires strong exposure to commercial, contractual, and procurement processes related to construction and design consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor architectural site activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders for smooth execution of works
• Ensure adherence to contractual requirements and project standards
• Handle procurement coordination for design consultants and construction-related activities
• Review site progress and ensure timely execution of works
• Identify technical and site issues and propose corrective actions
• Ensure quality control and compliance with authority regulations
• Prepare site reports and maintain documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural/site engineering roles
• At least 2 years in a similar position within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of contractual and commercial matters
• Proven experience in procurement processes for consultants and construction projects
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage site activities independently
