Requirements

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Proficiency in Project management tools and AutoCAD.

Experience

Minimum 3 to 4 years of UAE Building Construction industry experience in a similar role.

Having profound knowledge and experience in Building Construction projects.

Strong understanding of HVAC system, Plumbing, Drainage.

Experience in Estimation for Buildings , commercial Projects and Industrial Projects.

Expertise in studying tender documents and preparation of queries and tenders. Knowledge and understanding of statutory regulations.
